kia ora viewers this week i did earthquakes 

Characters were Ellie mum dad Ellie friend penny. Penny mum and dad.

Problem-  there was an big earthquake in Christchurch all the buildings were smashed and houses were destroyed.

 Nellie biggest problem was that her house didn't have power and had to boil water for drinking.

solution- Boiled drinking water. 

They went to the shop to get supplies 

The surface of the earth is just like a jigsaw puzzle. There can be three types of earthquakes there can be tectonic plates where the can be able to split apart causes a nift zone meaning that they go apart and makes a new ocean floor 

Tsunami can form when there is an earthquakes underwater the land that we stand on is named tectonic plates
